Channel Islands and remainder of the EU: Due to the cost of delivery we are unable to offer a standard delivery package. Please contact us by email or phone to discuss your requirements.
North America: Unfortunately, due to the difficulties in exporting packages to North America, we are unable to accept orders from this region.
Customers details are not released for any purpose to any other companies or individuals.
Delivery: We despatch on Monday – Wednesday, and use either ParcelForce or TNT Parcels for guaranteed overnight delivery with full traceability. This means that parcels require a signature on receipt. If you are not in at the time of first delivery the default instruction is for the parcel to be returned to the depot for collection, unless you give alternative instructions such as “if out leave with next-door neighbour”.
Postcode: For a shipment to be processed we must have a valid postcode. Please make sure that you enter your correct postcode and a contact phone number or email address to allow us to contact you in the event of a problem with delivery address details.
Quality Guarantee: We are confident that you will be delighted with the quality of your order. However in the unlikely event of any problems please contact us immediately to allow us to organise a refund or replacement.
Gift Messages and cards: We can include gift messages with your order. Please specify your requirement at the time of ordering. If you wish you can send us cards by post for inclusion in your parcels at Christmas. Please call us if you would like to discuss any special requirements.
Additional information: There is an option to leave some limited information when you order. If however you need to send us a longer message please send us an email using the “contact us” button. We will acknowledge receipt.
